If you don’t yet have login credentials, you can create your own on the Veam website.
What happens when I submit my app?
Once you submit the app, the Veam team will review it and push it through to Apple and Google Play for review. Once the app is approved, it will be available in both market places, and you’ll receive a notification email from Veam.
Can I edit my app once I've submitted it?
You will not be able to edit things like images, colors, description, price or sales model for free (though you can feel free to write for us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote if you decide to change any of these things in the future). You will be able to organize, show, and hide your YouTube playlists, add additional links, edit and forum categories, and upload additional premium content.
When and how will I receive my revenue?
Once the app is available for download in the App Store and Google Play Store, you’ll receive your first revenue payment for in-app purchases via PayPal after two months. After that, payments will get sent through PayPal monthly as well.
How much upkeep is there once my app gets published?
The amount of upkeep for your app depends on you. The more premium content you add over time, the better your chances for increasing your revenues and fanbase. You also have an opportunity to truly engage with your fanbase through the forum section of the app.
How long does it take for the app to be available?
Your app will get published first on Google Play which could happen rather quickly though the iOS review process tends to take a bit longer. Generally speaking your app should be available for both app stores within a couple of days to weeks of you submitting it.
What types of content can I upload? Can I upload files?
You can upload videos, audio files, and audio+PDF files.
How do I promote my app?
Promoting your app is an opportunity to get creative. You can share through social media, add links to your YouTube channel, website, blog, and more. Check out this article for app promotion ideas. How is the revenue share payment be made? How often? From when?
You’ll get paid through PayPal starting 2 months after your app becomes available in the app markets, and every month after that.
How many links on Links section?
You must add at least 1 link in the links section, but otherwise there are no limits.
Can users post comments to Premium content?
Yes, your fans can comment on any premium content they have access to. Often their comments are a great way to come up with ideas for new exclusive content like Q&As, for example.
What can you do at Forum section?
Create topics to generate discussions between your users, and use it to interact with them, too.
Can you turn down the app from AppStore and Google Play when I want it?
Yes, we can take your app down from the app markets at any time if you request it.
App notifications - when are they sent to the users who have downloaded the app?
Your fanbase will get a notification any time you upload new content.
